Adropin, Insulin, Insulin Resistance and Lipid Profile Levels in Diabetes Mellitus Type2 Patients

Background: Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is non-insulin-dependent or that affects adults, and it represents 90% of diabetics occurs as a result insulin resistance defect in production. We aimed to evaluate levels adropin, insulin, lipid profile type2 patients.
 Aim: The current study investigate the relationship between type liver adipose tissue by measuring level secreted Hepatokines number hormonal biochemical parameters men.
 Materials Methods: group include 60 men with control 30 healthy men. Proteins biochemistry assays Adropin levels, Fasting blood sugar, Insulin indicators(HOMA-IR,HOMA-B,QUICKI),Total cholesterol, Triglycerides, High-density lipoprotein for Low-density Very high-density Phospholipid Atherogenic index.
 Results: There was significant increase at (P≥0.05) Total triglycerides, cholesteroland compared group. while HOMA-B show decrease index, HOMA-IR QUICKI didn’t any difference both groups.
 Conclusions: conclude from results there dysfunctions through secretion imbalance indicates an association disease mellitus. metabolic imbalances risks can lead hyperglycemia, dyslipidemia, obesity.
